Although SPM’s core business is the development of residential property sites and the construction of high quality single family homes, the Team has very considerable large-scale project management expertise and credentials.

The project to design, construct and deliver the award-winning Parc Y Scarlets rugby stadium in Llanelli was managed by SPM. This £30m+ project was completed in 2008 was delivered on time, to cost and to very exacting quality requirements. The stadium is regarded as one of the very finest rugby facilities in Europe.
